‘Eden’ is the first volume of a three-part graphic novel.

Each part of this project takes the viewer on a journey into a very specific, individual world and leads into a sensual experience outside of everyday life and reality as we know it. Today we live in a world of change and breakneck speed. Everything has a purpose and everything has to be planned. Sometimes we feel trapped in a golden cauldron of endless impressions. We melt away and are robbed of our breath. This project takes the freedom to be unplanned and experimental, and the graphic novel uses floral and iridescent illustrations to explore a dreamy and hazy day in a botanical garden. Reality, fiction and vision blur here.

Leave everything that is and leave everything behind. Just for a few minutes. Just for a moment. Take a deep breath. Open your eyes to the dream.
